No. SBK never runs continuous tracking. Location is only ever shared as part of a signal you actively send — and only with the trusted circle you choose. When your signal stands down, sharing stops.
Your circle is the small group of trusted people — your keepers — you invite to respond when you signal. You build it, you control it, and you can add or remove anyone at any time. Noratec is never a member of your circle.
SBK computes routing on your device where possible. Your location is only ever shared during an active alert — with the circle you choose — over an encrypted-in-transit connection protected by strict, server-enforced access controls, and alert location history is deleted after 30 days.
SBK is built for low- and no-signal moments. A distress signal is held safely on-device and transmits automatically the instant any connection returns, so help can begin moving the moment you're reachable.
